New Season Summer Collection

Our fresh summer range for women in three quarter sleeve and short sleeve is fresh and vibrant. Stripes still remain strong. There is an introduction this summer of fresh pastels and vibrant solids.
Men's summer is fresh and vibrant as well with the introduction of greens and yellow. Stripes are still prominent however we will see the introduction of some bold checks this season.

Thu, 27 Aug 09Shirt Studio is no longer just your one-stop shirt shop. Our new range of tailor made suits, trousers and skirts means you can do all your corporate shopping at one place. Most importantly our new service is purely tailor made, giving you the confidence that your outfit will fit you perfectly and be unique to you.
Our tailor made suits, trousers and skirts are made from 100% Italian fine merino wool, and manufactured in Australia. With over 200 fabrics to choose from you can create the perfect outfit to suit your needs.
For men, made to measure suits are on offer as well as made to measure trousers and for ladies made to measure trousers and skirts are available. Why not try made- to measure and flaunt your individual style. With this service you choose the fit, style, and fabric, and then be measured up by one of our trained tailors and within four weeks we will deliver a complete garment just for you.
The new program is currently available by appointment at our Paddington store. And if you can't make it into our store we have a mobile service so we'll come to you. There are many obvious reasons why go tailor-made. For example, getting a fit that is perfect for your body shape, and wanting something unique.
We asked some of our customers who have recently enjoyed the new tailor-made service why they choose tailor made instead of off the rack. The answers were interesting and highlighted why tailor-made is taking off.

Thu, 27 Aug 09 Some great events will be held for the Melbourne Cup. 'Fashions on the Field' is the theme, so we will be parading a collection of our fine menswear perfect for the day. The Bronco's Leagues Club will be holding a lunchtime function full of fashion, food and a bit of betting fun. On the other side of town, celebrating the Cup is High St Styling - a relatively new and ongoing monthly event that supports local fashion brands with a fashion-filled afternoon in an exquisite location. Each month performs fashion parades as well as a styling workshop and the opportunity to purchase the showcased designs. Why not come along. Thu, 27 Aug 09We would like to sincerely thank everyone for contributing to the success of this year's New Threads campaign. Shirt Studio collected for Boystown 332 shirts, tops and blouses, 54 ties and 6 pairs of cufflinks. There were 39 other items donated including suits, skirts and pants. Even five pairs of shoes and seven belts!
We hope everyone enjoyed participating in our Charity New Threads campaign for 2008, and we can't for next year's event!
Recent sponsorship events Shirt Studio participated in were the glamorous Zig Zag BMW Ball, the Communicat Careers Breakfast and Business Chicks Breakfast with Napoleon Perdis. All events had a great turn out and we look forward to being a part of more charity events in the near future.

Hair: The general time between hair appointments is four weeks, to keep your hair tidy be sure to shampoo and condition regularly to keep your scalp and hair clean. Conditioning your hair is a very important step as it assists in preventing dirt from locking onto the hair. It is best to use a professional shampoo/conditioner range that does not contain detergents as these dry out your hair and scalp.
Face: Our face is what makes us who we are, so we have to look after it - we only get one! Get a hold of a good cleanser and moisturiser, and use them daily. Cleansing removes dirt and impurities, whilst moisturizing refuels the skin and stops it from getting dry and fades lines. It is also a good idea to exfoliate the skin once a week to remove dead skin cells and keep the skin fresh - this is like polishing your car to keep it at its sparkling best.
Body: The trend at the moment is 'smooth is beautiful', so if you wax it is imperative that you have a good 'buffing cloth', lufer or glove and a great skin wash with anti-bacterial properties. Waxing removes hair from the follicle, leaving it exposed to bacteria that the skin can carry. Exfoliating with a cloth removes dead skin cells (our bodies shed these every day)
