FAQs
1. What happens if some items ordered are out of stock?
We try to maintain accuracy of size availabilities on our website to the best of our ability. From time to time we may sell out of an item before the website has been updated. If that becomes the case with your order, your credit card will not be charged and we will let you know the item you ordered is out of stock. We will also suggest alternative items that are similar.
2. Can my order be delivered the next day?
Depending on where you live and the products you order, our courier can deliver next day. If you require the item you are buying the next day contact our office and we will advise if it is possible.
3. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days?
We have a track record in delivering on time. In the instance where a problem has occurred and you have not received your order please contact us immediately on 07 3891 9975 and we will follow up your package. All parcels sent are tracked.
4. Do I need to sign for the goods?
Yes the driver will ask you or someone to sign on your behalf. This signature is recorded so that should a problem occur we can track when the parcel was signed for and by who. If you choose to authorise parcels to be left behind when you are not home, then no one is responsible for your order getting stolen after it is out of the courier’s hands. I recommend that you get orders delivered to your work if you do not intend to be home.
5. Can my order be delivered outside Australia or New Zealand?
Yes we do ship to other countries. The ordering system is not set up for other countries so its best you contact us by email at info@shirtstudio.com.au and let us know products you would like to order by telling us the style code and size plus credit card and address details you would like or simply leave an online enquiry. We will contact you in less than 24 hours to confirm your order, options in delivery methods, timing and costs for your approval before sending it to you. If you would like to give your credit card details over the phone instead let us know and we will phone you.
6. How do I return items?
If you return your items within 21 days you are able to exchange or receive a refund (full price items only). Simply place the goods in an express satchel and send to Shirt Studio Head Office, 92 Juliette Street, Greenslopes, 4120. Prior to sending the goods, please give the Shirt Studio office a call on 07 3891 9975 so we can keep an eye out for your parcel. We will be in contact with you as soon as we receive the goods.
7. What payment methods are there?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. If you wish to direct debit into our account please call and we’ll provide you with bank account details.
8. How do I redeem a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can only be used on full price items. To redeem a voucher simply put in the offer code at checkout. Refer to steps on how to place an order. If the system is having trouble recognising your voucher code leave a message in the customer notes or contact us on 07 3891 9975. Please keep in mind that it will not allow you to use a voucher on any sale items.
