How to Order

To add an item to your shopping cart click the 'view' button on the product. Select your size and quantity from the drop down arrow and then click on 'add to cart'.
If you would like to buy more products click on the blue 'continue shopping' button up the top. This will take you back to the front of the online store. Anytime you want to check what’s in your cart there is a button at the top of the online store that allows you to view your cart or directly 'check out' to finish your order. Don’t forget to check your size. The sizing chart can be found at the bottom of the online page under 'Sizing and Shirt Care'.
Once you have finished selecting your items, on the shopping cart page you can either click the red 'check out' button where you will need to sign up or log in (if you have already signed up in the past). If you have an online promotional discount voucher don’t check out yet. See STEP 4. If not, then continue onto STEP 5.
Redeem a Discount Voucher - at the bottom of the check out page it will ask you to log in or sign up to redeem this voucher. Once you have done that it will provide an outlet for you to type in your special offer code provided on your voucher. This is for promotional discount vouchers only. To use a credit note or gift voucher that has been purchased for you, just contact us to use it online.
Payment is the final step in the process. Once you have fulfilled all the previous steps, a secure page will come up that allows you to provide your credit card details. You can also change any personal details here or leave us a message in the customer notes for delivery instructions or any other reason. Once your order is processed you will be emailed a letter or confirmation.
