Shirt Studio will gladly exchange any full price item bought online if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 21 days of the invoice date.
Your return must be accompanied with the original sales invoice and all tags attached.
Something didn't fit quite right? You may exchange clothing for the same item in a different size and/or colour.
Unless a returned item is faulty, a $10.50 freight charge for exchanges will be processed on your credit card, or payment can be included with the returned item/s.
Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, or different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. However, we regret that postage and delivery costs cannot be refunded.
