Shirt Studio will gladly refund or exchange any full price item bought online if you return your unused item/s in original condition within 21 days of the invoice date.
Your return must be accompanied with the original sales invoice and all tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the price paid. However, we regret that postage and delivery costs cannot be refunded. Please note that sale items purchased online are non-refundable.
Something didn't fit quite right? You may exchange clothing for the same item in a different size and/or colour. Unless a returned item is faulty, a $10.50 freight charge for exchanges will be processed on your credit card, or payment can be included with the returned item/s.
